The 'big rock' photo is taken looking in the direction of travel ... after going over the rock the car traveled between the mailbox and tree and ended up back on the road!
GOOD GRIEF!!!!!How many angels were hitching a ride with them, I wonder.
Erin, take a deep breath every time you turn the ignition key - and before you know it, the whole event will just be a story to share with your friends. It will take your parents a little longer to get over it, I'm sure, so be patient with them. Oma
You gals are truly blessed. From the other picture, the Good Lord has now taken the form of a cute cat. Since you are both animal lovers, a touch of cat magic happened out there on the road. Hug your cats and your parents!
wow, kind of like white water canoeing only more so! i bet all those years of horse riding helped Erin and Sheila stay calm in the saddle and respond well. I am so glad you're ok. Like Oma says take a deep breath, and like Opa? says, hug your parents and your animals, and I say hug your friends and your aunts and uncles too! do learn from this as you go on to meet other life challenges. We parents always hope these narrow escapes allow for safer passages ahead. love you, Cathie
